NXTGEN Tee reserves the right to correct such errors, update information, and cancel orders if necessary, even after an order has been submitted. 5. Payment and Pricing

All prices on the Site are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees, which will be calculated at checkout. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have the legal authority to use the provided payment method. Payments are processed securely, but refunds are not provided unless explicitly stated in our Return Policy. NXTGEN Tee is not responsible for any additional fees or charges imposed by your payment provider. Full payment is required before production begins.

 

6. Product Orders and Risk of Loss

All orders placed are subject to acceptance by NXTGEN Tees. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order, for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient stock, inaccuracies in product descriptions, or pricing errors. We reserve the right at any time to limit the quantity of items ordered or refuse to sell to any customer. Orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery. Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Changes or cancellations of orders must be made before order approval. After customer approval of the final design, we may begin processing, and no changes or cancellations will be accepted. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. However, this does not signify our acceptance of your order. We will notify you when your order has been accepted and is being processed. NXTGEN Tee retains ownership of products until they are delivered to the carrier. At this point, the risk of loss and ownership will be transferred to you. Verifying shipping details and ensuring safe receipt of packages is recommended.

 

7. Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom-designed products unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part. Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 15 days of receiving your order. To file a claim, please provide photos of the defect or damage along with your order details. If a product is found to be defective, we will either offer a replacement or a refund, at our discretion. Customized or altered products are non-returnable. Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.

 

8. Custom Designs

All custom designs submitted for printing must comply with intellectual property rights. You represent that you own or have the necessary permissions to use any content you provide for printing (including images, logos, text, etc.). NXTGEN Tees is not responsible for verifying the legality of any custom design. Any legal responsibility for the use of copyrighted or trademarked content lies solely with you, the customer. We reserve the right to refuse any design for any reason. A proof will be provided for custom designs. Once approved, no further changes can be made to the design.

 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NXTGEN Tee and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use this Site, use of our products or services, including loss of profit, business, or reputation. This limitation applies to damages arising from any cause of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise. Some jurisdictions may not allow such exclusions, so these limitations may not apply to you.
